I can do it with the CLI using heroku pg:killall but I want to automate this.gindalbobbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02837011060472951264noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5181352157149802369.post-36284036321416379002020-07-02T10:31:54.525-06:002020-07-02T10:31:54.525-06:00Love to read more couponfond.comLove to read more couponfond.comabchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13882358968489215709noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5181352157149802369.post-70043819827130450792019-01-29T15:16:09.766-07:002019-01-29T15:16:09.766-07:00The solution is perfectly fine in theory (e.g. to ...The solution is perfectly fine in theory (e.g. to cycle a dyno at a specific time) if you just want a simple way out (be it temporarily or more permanently). However, worth pointing out is that the API key is connected to your Heroku account and has full rights to do pretty much whatever it wants with any app that account has access to. Therefore, you should most definitely not put it in a shared app (e.g. in its config vars or in any of its addons, such as Heroku Scheduler). Only in personal apps.Fredrik Blomqvisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02690296548623493995noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5181352157149802369.post-506627734744414232017-04-10T14:59:24.481-06:002017-04-10T14:59:24.481-06:00Thanks for the fix, I've been running an app o...Thanks for the fix, I've been running an app on heroku for 8 months without realizing it was restarting every 24 hoursish - until I saw an error on a client application today caused by the minute of downtime and then a tiny little dot on the heroku metrics that says "Daily Restart".Samhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07038279619337669276noreply@blogger.com
